#TechLiteracy is a part but not the whole picture. A lot of the world still has little or very poor #DigitalInfrastructure. So there are bigger problems to solve 1st, before tech literacy.

@TheKingCenter @jflory7 We also cannot force anyone to change their mind. The only person who can change your mind is you. Some people are resolved in their beliefs and seek to engage you in triggering ways, a.k.a. mega trolls.

Great question. I got involved by starting where I was!
By this, I mean I was a @fedora contributor. In the @fedoracommunity, we began looking more closely at D&I in 2015/2016. We started with a targeted goal, first focusing on how to bring more women in our community. [1/7] https://t.co/Sj4xIqY4AW

These are locally-organized events all around the world each year to celebrate the achievements and accomplishments of our female contributors in Fedora. [2/7]

In @fedora, we rely on community feedback to know what folks want. In the future, I am hoping we can do more events and outreach to celebrate the #LGBTQ community in Fedora and the racial/geographic diversity in the Fedora community. It is one of our great strengths! [5/7]
